Over 3 months, we will work together one-on-one to build a personalized approach to your health that fits your life, your body, and your goals. No diets. No shame. No one-size-fits-all rules.
What we focus on: Through biweekly sessions and ongoing email support, we dig into what's actually going on with your health — whether that's navigating menopause, managing blood pressure, recovering from illness, or simply wanting more energy and ease in your body.
