Menopause, high blood pressure, cancer, and other health challenges were changing my energy, creating new symptoms, and impacting my overall well-being. At the same time, I struggled to find a place in the wellness industry for women who looked like me and shared similar experiences.
Searching for answers on my own terms led me to become a holistic nutritionist and wellness coach, and to a discovery that changed everything: you can feel vibrant, energized, and deeply well at any size, at any age.
